Title: A Memorable Family Stay

My children wanted the hotel to have more kid-friendly activities.

Location and comfort - everything of GOOD quality. Our room was very clean. It's 10 mins walk to the center. Walking distance to Tianfa Wanchizai Gourmet, where you can have lunch. Free WiFi was available too.

Location. It's a few minutes walk to Senado Square

There's an awful smell coming out of the water closet

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, making it easy to access the airport, port, and other tourist attractions within walking distance. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern, with amenities such as a spacious shower, comfortable bed. the staff in the restaurant were pleasant and helpful, providing extra amenities like a hairdryer and corkscrew. the hotel is situated in an ideal location for sightseeing and shopping, with various restaurants nearby offering delicious dishes like porridge and seafood soup rice.

One negative aspect is that the front desk staff may not always be friendly or helpful, as reported by some guests.

The staff answering call was friendly. The rate is good for budget travellers. The location is within walking distance to the St. Paul's Ruins. There is also a free shuttle bus to Venetian Macau at the right hand side outside the hotel.

The light bulbs were easily burnt. 2 bulbs were off during our stay.

The location is the onbe of the things we liked.

Others say it's small..... I say the room we stayed is "tiny"! And we were even told that they have upgraded us - our kids room ( twin room) is much better size than the one they have given us.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to all the cultural attractions, great food, and bus stops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

Design

It is a 3 stars hotel, but the services is no-star hostel.

The hotel was very central, it was clean but basic. The bathroom was spotless and a good size.

Great location near Senado Square, with convenient access to free casino shuttle and a lovely cafe nearby. Comfy beds and clean rooms with basic toiletries provided. Pricey, but worth it. Helpful staff and efficient housekeeping.

the location is fine. 5 minutes to the main square. the hotel is a budget hotel . i paid £80 per night . it was over a hollday weekend . i would only expect to pay £40 for this type of hotel. rooms small and facilities basic

Staff very helpful and flexible

I booked double room, but got a twin. When I complained, I was shown double. After seeing the tiny double I realised twin was much better and staff were helping me. So - I didn't like the tiny, dark, damp double room.

The value for money at Ole London was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with attractions and bus stops nearby. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

More breakfast choices would have been nice.

The hotel is 3* it was comfortable, it was clean, which is the main thing, about a good 10mins walk to the main area. Be aware that they require a deposit of MOP 300 or HKD, if it is taken off your credit card, they advise that it will take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be debited back to your card.

The room design was actually compact and nicely laid out. The shower was very good. TV was new.

1- Upon check in, the receptionist passed me the key for room 505. I went up, put the key and shocked to see that there was a lady scared and annoyed behind the chained door. I went back to the receptionist, who looked very confused by what I told him. He gave the keys for room 101, without properly apologizing. 2- The room needed ventilation. 3- There were fleas or mites in the bed, because I felt itchy all through the night. I had red spots all over my arms, legs and back. In the morning when I reported to the reception, there was a female employee who unconvincingly apologized and told me that she would talk to the housekeeper.
